Resumen:
Immunomodulatory lactic acid bacteria (immunobiotic LAB) are a good alternative toprevent and relieve infectious diarrhea. However, lack of appropriate intestinal immunoassay system for livestock. The aim of this study was to establish an advanced evaluation system for immunobiotics. Eleven immunological evaluation factors were selected based on microarray data, and porcine intestinal epithelial (PIE) cells were stimulated with 16 strains of immunobiotic candidates and virus model (poly(I:C)) individually. We conducted real-time RT-PCR to analyze the gene expression of the factors in PIE and found some relations between the factors for grouping immunobiotics.
