Resumen:
Main Objective: Demonstrate the usefulness of combined techniques (TE +isotopic fingerprint) to predict the origin of dried milk and the influence ofdiverse feeding and environmental conditions on this fingerprint.Specific Objectives:a) To verify SOPs for measuring TE and stable isotopes (lightand heavy) in agricultural soil, forage, water and milk (dried). Evaluation ofLODs LOQs, accuracy, QA-QC parameters, etc.b) To measure TE and stable isotopes on samples (soil, water, forage and dried milk) collected from diverse regions belonging to themain milk producing area of Argentina (Provinces of Santa Fe and Córdoba). Thus, analyzing authentic samples with dried milk produced in the laboratory.c) To evaluate elements-isotopes within the TE+ isotopicfingerprint, allowing to differentiate milk from diverse regions usingchemometrics to evidence which parameters are the most important to point outsuch differences. d) To verify the matching between soil-water-forageand milk composition using appropriate multivariate correlations (canonicalcorrelation analysis (CCA), Generalized Procrustes Analysis (GPA), etc.). e) To compare our results with results from otherlatitudes looking for a generalized model that could be expanded to othercountries, continents, verifying the scope of developed methods to predict theorigin and, if possible, the safety of dairy products.
