Resumen:
In recent years, due to the increase of elderly people and several diseases that make people with disabilities, there is a concern about helping those in this situation. It is very important to develop assistive technologies to support the people with disabilities in order to give them more quality of life and social inclusion. The main goal of this work is to develop a smart walker, with laser sensor and embedded control system, to assist people with certain disabilities in their action of walking.
