Resumen:
This presentation aims two compare the teaching function of both the expert (professor) and novice (assistant) in experimental situations. Twelve groups of university students were tested in teaching situation with a professor and an assistant. Results show that assistants attend more than professors the social and psycho-pedagogical support of learning: professors focuse specially on the epistemic dimension (knowledge by itself). The difference regards also the linguistic context. Finally there is a great difference concerning specifically the cognitive construction of knowledge and the learning results. Answers to a questionnaire applied to the students are coincident with this conclusions.
