Reports

Within 30 days after the end of the scholarship, the grant holders have to submit a final report including the activities undertaken, the formal certificates proving their advance in post graduate studies conducted in the selected academic institution, if appropriate, and one academic evaluation made by the director.

The final report should not be presented by those fellows who ask for: CONICET Postdoctoral Scholarship and/or admission to the Scientific and Technological Research Career of CONICET in the call prior to the end of the scholarship.

The grant holders who can submit their final reports will receive an email with the necessary indications to obtain the form.

The scholarship directors must submit an anual report about the performance of the grant holder and the fulfillment of the scheduled activities of the work plan.

That report has to be submitted in electronic format and will contain a few questions with closed answers.

2018 schedule:

Annual Scholarship Director Report

• Internal Doctoral Scholarship Directors – 1^st year: from February 26^th to March 2018.
• Internal Doctoral Scholarship Directors – 2^nd year: from March 5^th to 9^th
• Internal Doctoral Scholarship Directors – 4^th year: from March 12^th to 16^th
• Internal Doctoral Scholarship Directors – 3^rd year: From April 9^th to 13^th

Each director is going to receive the tutorials for the corresponding reports. The data will be sent through the Integral System of Electronic Notifications (SINE) during the corresponding week of the report’s presentation.

The reports from directors of Doctoral Internal Scholarships as part of the Research Projects of Implementation Units will be assigned out of this timeline and communicated by email.

The internal doctoral fellows that finish their third year of scholarship should submit an annual report informing about their performance and the activities undertaken in their work plan.

The report has to be presented electronically and needs to include a few questions with closed answers.

• Doctoral fellows – 3rd year: April 9th to April 13th 2018.

Each scholarship holder will receive the instruction for the presentation of the corresponding report. The information has to be sent through the Integral System of Electronic Notifications (SINE) during the corresponding week of the report’s presentation.
