Resumen:
The presence of E.coli is linked with sanitary deficiencies and undercooking of meat products. Recent studies have detected the presence of E.coli O157:H7 in black blood sausages, which causes the Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome in humans. Freshly produced sausages are heated in hot water (T
