Resumen:
The inhibitory effect of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) mixture on fungal populations, Aspergillus section Flavi and aflatoxins accumulation in in-pod peanuts during storage in big bags was investigated.
