Resumen:
Double-cation perovskite solar cells exhibitinglow hystheresis show slow (hour-long) transient response to bias and light step exitation, implying a significant role of ion transport on solar performance beyond standard I(V) characterization. We reproduced the measured transient by numerical modeling finding key parameters towards a deeper understanding of the observed responses .
