Resumen:
The Argentine commercial aviation, dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, with the company Aeroposta Argentina S.A., and later in the 50s with the formation of Aerolíneas Argentinas and Líneas Aéreas del Estado (LADE) of national capitals. Subsequently, deregulation at the end of 1980 led to the partial release of airfares, the authorization of non-scheduled domestic flights and international flights, and new concessions of routes for passenger and cargo transportation services to domestic and foreign companies, so the flag company was forced to compete in the market. In the 90´s the Iberia group acquires the largest number of Aerolineas Argentinas shares, the airports were privatized and frees the domestic flights and international air market while the bilateral agreements are relaxed.
