How do young people live? What do they do, what do they think, what are their relationships with their family and friends? How to help them grow well? The study «Crescere a Pinerolo» («Growing up in Pinerolo») involves 800 boys and girls, from 12 to 20 years old, telling about their life, their problems and difficulties, but also their potential. The results provide us with a positive picture of the adolescents: the dialogue with parents favors relationships in the family and they feel generally supported and protected, they like school and they understand the importance of studying. Among the critical aspects are: loneliness in the digital era, verbal and relational bullying and uncertainty about the future.
