Project “Work and Lifelong Learning in a Changing World: On the importance of comparing workers´ trajectories in different societies (Canada and Argentina) Canada – Latin America – Caribbean Awards, International (CLACA) 2010 Council for Canadian Studies (ICCS). Director: Graciela C. Riquelme (CONICET).The project “Work and Lifelong Learning in a Changing World: On the importance of comparing workers´ trajectories in different societies (Canada and Argentina)” that has been developed by the Education, Economy, and Labour Program at the Educational Sciences Research Institute (PEET/IICE) of the School of Philosophy and Literature (FFyL) of University of Buenos Aires (UBA) is included in a broader project PICT 00267 “The demand for general, technical and vocational education in post-crisis Argentina: a review of the supply and demand concepts and an evaluation of workers’ educational needs” which component number two has as objective, besides the adaptation, the application in the field of the “Work and Lifelong Learning” (WALL) survey, originally  designed at the Centre for the Study of Education and Work del Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (CSEW/OISE) of  Toronto University. There are different types of tangible results,:1) an article to be published at OISE (which executive summary is the annex);2) a paper accepted for the AERC and CASAE/ACEEA Joint Conference 2011;3) the adapted survey in Argentina called ArCaWall “Work and Lifelong Learning Survey”, that has been discussed and approved at CSEW/OISE/UT during the last months (copy of restricted circulation), and 4) bibliographical annex on education and vocational training topics at Canada with reference to authors´ quotations
