Hydrodynamics study movement inside water (hydro). Plenty of things happen, at molecular level, in a solution: solvent and solute molecules move non-stop, animated by thermal agitation and Brownian motion, crashing into each other, rearranging into infinite patterns as a result of electrostatic forces, and interacting in a milliard of ways while fulfilling the Thermodynamics supreme laws. But, when ?hydro? (water) is scarce or the temperature low -or both- movement is much more restricted. And Thermodynamics enforcement much more relaxed.
