Resumen:
This work proposes a new method which allows to extend the measurement range of MOS dosimeters. The method consists on alternating stages of oxide charge buildup with stages of charge neutralization avoiding the saturation of the threshold voltage and maintaining a high sensitivity during the whole measurement.
