Resumen:
Temperature dependence of MOS dosimeters re-sponse used under the Bias Controlled Cycled Measurementtechnique is investigated. The use of the biasing technique allowsthe compensation of temperature-induced changes in the responseof the sensors, and reduces at least ten times the dose measurementerror caused by undesired threshold voltage shifts.
