We developed a quantitative microbiological risk assessment (QMRA) of haemolytic uremicsyndrome (HUS) associated with Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC)-contaminatedbeef (intact beef cuts, ground beef and commercial hamburgers) in children under 15years of age from Argentina.
