Resumen:
Fe3O4-chitosan nanoparticles (CMNP) have been considered as suitable for immobilization of enzymes due to super paramagnetic behavior and low toxicity. Covalent binding of an enzyme to a support is probably the most interesting method of immobilization from an industrial point of view. Various lipases have been immobilized onto Fe3O4 nanoparticles using covalent binding.  These immobilized enzymes have many applications. The development of biosensors based on the use of lipase is of great importance in the clinical, enviromental biotechnology,  food processing, control and development of biodiesel production process, etc.
