Resumen:
We could succesufully developa nanocarrier based on RIFloaded Soluplus® micelles withimproved drug apparentsolubility and stability. Ournanotechnological platformexhibited the potential of beingadministered by the respiratoryroute due to its aerodynamicbehavior and also presented invitro microbicidal activityagainst Mtb ΔRD1. In thisframework, this nano-drugdelivery system represents afeasible strategy to beemployed as an adjuvantinhalatory therapy to theconventional oral anti-TBtreatment.
