Resumen:
This contribution is part of a more extensive project which aim is the development of nanocarriers for insulin. These nanocarriers will be generated under the concept of molecular "self-assembly"[1]. Such matrices will be employed in the encapsulation and controlled delivery for insulin [2]. The encapsulating material is chitosan (CH) [3], which is a biodegradable, biocompatible and non-toxic polysaccharide derived from chitin. Punctually, the specific objective here was to quantify the interactions degree for these chemical species at pH values where the electrostatic interactions would be favored
