One-to-one stable matchings with indifferences

The paper presents a characterization of stable matchings for the marriage model when agents have preferences with indifferences as integer extreme points of a polytope generated by a system of linear inequalities. We present an integer linear program that computes a men-optimal (women-optimal) stable matching for the marriage model with indifferences without tie-breaking. Also, we present a linear program that computes the men-optimal (women-optimal) stable matching for the marriage model with strict preferences.
