Resumen:
is presented. To reach this aim, the Non Linear Filtering
based on the recursive application of Bayes rule and
Monte Carlo techniques is used. To the best of the authors
not many applications in the biotechnological area with
this tool have been reported. Generally, bio processes
have strong non lineal and non Gaussian characteristics
and this tool becomes attractive. Specifically, the
recursive Bayesian Filters SIR (Sampling Importance
Resampling) including different kinds of resampling are
used. The behaviour and performance of the estimator are
shown into the process of continuous alcoholic
fermentation of Zymomonas mobilis.
