Resumen:
The concentration of As, Cr and Pb toxic elements was determined in three species of amaranth seeds: A. hypochondriacus, A. cruentus and A. dubius. The determinations were carried out by inductively coupled plasma optical atomic spectroscopy (ICP-OES).
