Resumen:
Study the differences in the immune mechanisms exerted by probiotic bacterium Lc431 and its cell wall (CW431) in the gut mucosa, compared with an enteropathogenic bacteria evaluating the regulatory proteins of NF-κB (TOLLIP, IRAK-M, A20) and MAPK (MKP-1) pathways on IECs and peritoneal macrophages and, the profile Treg/Th17 in the gut lamina propia.
