Descripción:
Conservation of pollinators and crop production in agri-ecosystems: two sides of the same coin.Aims: To analyze the relationships among the agri-ecosystem configuration, the pollination process, and fruit and seed production of crops (soybean, sunflower, faba beans, canola, chia). Evaluation of the effects on the crop seed set when Apis mellifera is added to the system.Challenge : Demonstrate that those agri-ecosystems with a larger proportion of native areas can maintain or increase ecological processes related to private and public goods.
