Resumen:
A novel and efficient approach, based on the immobilization of the carboxylic acid intermediate, is described for the preparation of synthetically useful â-lactam derivatives on solid support. The applied strategy allows the introduction of diversity at N-1 and C-4 of the â-lactam ring with good overall isolated yields of the desired products.
