Resumen:
In this work the synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate) nanocapsules with a hydrophobic core composed of oleic acid and Crodamol ((triacylglycerol of saturated fatty acids), and the encapsulation of magnetic nanoparticles by miniemulsion polymerization were investigated, for potential applications in targeted drugs delivery. The polymerization kinetics, polymer microstructure, nanocapsule morphology, and magnetite encapsulation of the synthesized systems were followed along several reactions, which involve different content of oleic acid and Crodamol.
