Resumen:
This work presents the synthesis of thermosensitive nanogels with films forming ability. A semibatch strategy was used to produce hybrid nanogels, consisted of a core of poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PVCL), a biocompatible polymer with a phase transition closed to the physiological temperature, and a shell of poly(butyl acrylate) (PAcBut) that provides the properties of adhesiveness and film formation. These nanogels could be directly used in a future transdermal drug delivery, without requiring a support and adhesive matrix. Morphology, thermal response, load capacity and drug released of the nanogels and films were evaluated along the work.
