Resumen:
This work presents a semibatch strategy to produce hybrid nanogels with core-shell morphology. The synthesized nanogels have a core of poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) (PVCL), a biocompatible polymer with a phase transition close to the physiological temperature, and a shell of poly(butyl acrylate) (PAcBut) that provides the properties of adhesiveness and film formation. These nanogels could be directly used in transdermal drug release, without requiring a support and adhesive matrix. Morphology, mean particle diameter and thermal response of the nanogels were evaluated along the work.
