Resumen:
The characterization of the samples was carried out with a FEI TITAN Cubed Themis 60-300 microscope. This equipment of corrected aberrations has a Super-X-G2 detector, formed by 4 independent detectors that allow to maximize the acquisition of the X-EDS signal, detecting small quantities of material as its distribution at nanometric scale.
