Resumen:
At the moment, materials with hierarchical porosity where the presence of metal oxides nanoparticles dispersed in a mesoporous materials are widely used in catalytic oxidation reactions1. In particular, mesoporous silicas (MCM-41, SBA-15, SBA-16, etc.), with high surface area, ordered pores larger than 2 nm and low interaction with deposited particles, are optimal supports for dispersion of active phases. On the other hand, and in order to enable the practical application of the catalysts, it is advantageous to incorporate them on rigid structures such as monoliths or foams.
