Resumen:
Filters are usually made of ceramic or metallic materials, structured as foams or wall flow through monoliths. The use of ceramic fibers along with cellulose ones and the application of papermaking techniques result in high-temperature resistant ceramic papers [1]. Either during or after the synthesis of the ceramic paper, a catalyst can be added; thus, a ceramic paper with catalytic properties is obtained. This contribution deals with the application of this kind of materials to diesel exhausts removal.
