Resumen:
-NLRP3 inflammasome/IL-1β pathway has been shown to play a key immunopathogenicrole in COVID-19-The mechanisms by which inflammasomes are contolled and lead to severe disease anddeath in coronavirus disease are poorly understood- T cell dysfunction has been suggested to occur in COVID-19 but this remains acontroversial issue. We speculated inflammasomes could be involved in this process.-TMEM176B/TORID is an immunoregulatory cation channel, highly expressed b
