Resumen:
The use of structured zeolitic materials for catalytic environmental applications has increased considerably. The secondary synthesis can help in obtaining preferential orientations which favor the catalytic performance [1]. Also in these applications metallic substrates has advantages because to their higher mechanical resistance, thermal conductivity and the possibility of allow higher cell densities. Fecralloy® supports were calcined at 900 ºC for a superficial Al2O3 segregation. After that were seeded with nanometric ZSM5 crystals and then subjected to a hydrothermal treatment for 24 h at 180 ºC [2]. The samples were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Electron Probe Micro Analysis (EPMA), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), NO Temperature-Programmed-Desorption (NO-TPD). Catalytic test for NOx SCR with methane were performed using In as the active ingredient.
