Resumen:
Thecontrol of fed-batch bioprocess is a current challenge. Mathematical models arehighly rigid systems of nonlinear differential equations with strict physicallimitations. In this paper a simple and efficient technique for trackingoptimal profiles with minimal error is developed. It is based on linear algebrafor the calculation of control actions, by solving a system of linear equations.The performance of the designed controller is tested through simulations (adding parametric uncertainty and perturbations in the initialconditions), which show very satisfactory results.
