Resumen:
These results showed that the treatment was a useful strategy to normalize, at least in part, the phenotype of hCGβ+ females. The effectiveness of this treatment would depend on the stage at which it is administered. It was more effective in reversing the phenotype when administered to transgenic young females than at adulthood. It would be necessary to analyze other doses and administration schedules to normalize the phenotypic alterations that were resistant to the conditions used in this study.
