In a previous study, we demonstrated that TAP7f, a compound formed by penicillin linked to the dipeptide Leu-Phe through a triazole group, inhibited melanoma metastasis by the downregulation of β-catenin and integrin αVβ3. Since these molecules may be involved in the promotion of melanoma angiogenesis, we further explored the antiangiogenic effect of TAP7f.
