Resumen:
We study the electric pulse induced resistanceswitching of TiO2-Ag contacts at room tem-perature, exploring both unipolar and bipolarswitching modes. Initially we observed unipo-lar response. After hundred pulsing cycles theunipolar switching response vanishes but thedevice can still be operated in bipolar switch-ing regime. The underlying mechanism forresistance switching is modeled in terms offormation and rupture of lament, and move-ment of oxygen vacancies.
