Resumen:
We study the electric pulse induced resistanceswitching of TiO2-Ag  and LPCMO- Ti contacts at room tem-perature, exploring both unipolar and bipolarresistive switching modes. Initaly we observedunipolar response. After hundred pulsing cy-cles the unipolar switching response vanishesbut it can still be operated in bipolar switch-ing regime. The underlying mechanism for re-sistance switching of the device is modeled interms of formation and rupture of filament, and movement of oxygen vacancies.
