In the Mercosur´s context, the Argentina´s motor industry has experimented a significant productive transformation, that affects mainly the relations between terminal plants and autoparts plants so the labor relations. Within this process, the imported components increase its importance, and the commercial operations grow faster than productives ones. The new global autoparts plants settled in Argentina, tends to reproduce the logic of high imported contents of assembled activities, that makes easier the possibilities of move plants (regional move in this case) to face macroeconomic and regulatory changes. Besides, the local subsidiaries firms lost freedom margins in relation both with brasilian firms and with the matrix, given the jerarquization of interfirm relations. In this ´real´scenario and with a downgrading tendency, the labor relations tend to deteriorate, incorporating more flexibility (even salarial) and an increasing in the requirements of labor calcification, given the high levels of unemployment and underemployment
