Resumen:
We derive an expression for the reinjection probability density (RPD) for type-III intermittencyby extending the recently reported RPD for type-II intermittency. A new two-parameter classof reinjection probability densities is observed in a broad class of maps exhibiting type-IIIintermittency. We stress that the so-called lower bound of the reinjection (LBR) can be relatedto some particular values of the parameters characterizing the RPD. The corresponding class ofanalytical duration probability densities is also derived in agreement with the data provided bynumerical computations. The main classical results can be extracted from our RPD as particular cases
