Resumen:
The title compound  (C15 H20 Cu N2 O4) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The copper coordination is square planar and achieved through the L-tyrosyl-L-leucine group binding in a (N,N´,O) tridentate mode to one copper cation on one side and as (O) monodentate to the other, thus defining -Cu-O-C-O-Cu´- chains which run along the [100] direction. Chains are held together by a strong H-bond involving the hydroxo hydrogen.
