Resumen:
This study evaluated the influence of gastrointestinal factors (pH, digestive enzimes, foods components, medicaments) on the survival of two probiotics (L. casei Shirota and LC01) using a semi-dynamic in vitro model that simulates the tract gastrointestinal for different periods of the time in a step wise format. The influence of residuesin the fluids and resistance to medicaments commonly used for varied therapeutic purposes also evaluated.
