Resumen:
After a brief and succinct presentation of the Coupled Cluster Method, it is discussed in some detail its Translationally Invariant formulation at the SUB(2) level. Results for the ground state energy of the nuclei 4He and 16O are given employing some central yet semirealistic interactions in the linear TICI2 approximation, working in coordinate representation. A comparison with the results obtained using other many-body methods is made. The importance of the non-linear terms is discerned making a full TICC2 calculation in bosonic systems. Finally some future perspectives are outlined.
