Resumen:
It is urgent to understand how evidence-based interventions areadapted within low-resource settings in response to the COVID-19pandemic, a striking example of evolving context. In 2019, we begana type-2 effectiveness-implementation trial testing an evidencebasedmulticomponent hypertension control program within Guatemala’sprimary healthcare system. This abstract documents programadaptations occurring during implementation –before and afterCOVID-19- with a focus on health equity and sustainability.
