Objective Value frameworks (VF) help inform the decision-making process, signaling relevant dimensions of value associated with health technologies. Most of them are generic and not specifically targeted to the evaluation of diagnostic technologies. Our objective was to derive a value framework in Latin America, for the specific assessment of diagnostic technologies, with the participation of key stakeholders.
