Resumen:
In this work the synthesis of polymethyl methacrylate nanocapsules with a hydrophobic core composed of oleic acid and Crodamol (saturated fatty acid triglyceride), and the encapsulation of magnetic nanoparticles by miniemulsion polymerization were investigated, for potential applications in targeted drugs delivery. The polymerization kinetic, polymer microstructure, nanocapsule morphology, and magnetite encapsulation of synthesized systems were followed along several reactions, with different content of oleic acid and Crodamol.
