Resumen:
Iongels are an attractive alternative to be used in bioelectronic devices,particularly for long-time recording, in comparison with commonly usedhydrogels, whose properties change through time due to dehydration.Iongels are soft solid materials comprised of a polymeric networkswollen by an ionic liquid (IL), known for their high ionicconductivity, mechanical resistance, and flexibility. Here, we studygelatin and polyphenols-based iongels, employingcholinium-based ILs, to be employed in bioelectronic devices.
