Resumen:
In view of the widely use of ionizing radiation (IR) in different fields such as nuclear industry, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine, we studiedthe transcriptional regulation after IR-exposure. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from ex vivo exposures (healthy persons) andin vivo exposures (patients after total body irradiation,TBI, and radiotherapy, RT) were analyzed to discover IR-response molecularbiomarkers and predict the absorbed dose and radiosensitive patients.
