Resumen:
Here we aim at investigating the splicing and chromatin state genome wide in imaginal disc wing (IDW) and imaginal disc eye (IDE) cells of Drosophila melanogaster. So far we have performed RNAseq experiments in IDW and IDE cells as well as ChIPseq experiments using antibodies against H3, H3K36me3, Pol2ser5 and Pol2ser2 in IDW cells. ChIPseq experiments in IDE cells are currently under way. We furthermore aim at linking splicing factor expression to inclusion levels of target exons.
