Di erent mathematical models of human endocrine systems have appearedin the past. In this work the rst mathematical model of the interaction betweeninsulin and glucose in diabetic rats is presented. It is based on the type 1 diabeticpatients model accepted by the FDA in 2008. It will be very useful to make di erenttests and for planning and reducing the number of tests that have to be done atthe laboratory. Therefore, a list of model equations and the corresponding adjustingparameters are given. The simulated results are confronted with the experimentaldata.
