Gradient type algorithms for the recursive identificationof Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) systems representedby orthonormal bases whose outputs are subject to binary valuedquantization and observed after transmission throughlossy memoryless channels with uncertainties, are presentedin this paper. The consistency of the estimates as well as theconvergence of the algorithms are analyzed. The performanceof the proposed algorithms is illustrated through simulationexamples.
